Can you do this kind of hair play that is in this video, with long hair?
No, you can't, because you need VERY long hair to do this.
Your hair also needs to be silky, very thick and heavy, and our Norwegian model Rakel has all of that!
She has a lot of hair, to say the least, and it fits her so well.
The reason for making long hair videos where the hair is covering chairs, tables etc., and laying it over the edge of the chair, table, bed etc. is mainly for two things; 1. Showing how much hair there is by covering the object completely (which requires a huge amount of hair) and 2. Showing how silky and shiny it is since the edge where the hair hangs over "bends" the hair in a way which makes that exact spot very shiny by reflecting light.
One of the biggest long hair product commercial photographer once said "In the art of photography and videography, long hair is simply a mirror which reflects lights perfectly".
