Working out is good for your health, and this is something we all know from before, however one thing that is also great to know is that working out is great for hair growth as it increases bloodflow which can lead to increased hair growth.
Hair is often an indication and reflection of one's health, which is why working out can be great for overall hair health as well.
When you have very long hair, we recommend working out with it in a very secure bun, braided bun or a practical braid.
As security measures are taken, and as we always have safety first in our mind when creating long hair videos with a lot of movement or workout as this one, this was a very safe shoot and we were able to film one of our incredible models with stunning long blonde hair, Victoria with all her hair loose!
