Trimming your hair is very important when you want to grow healthy, long and thick hair.
It's important to let your hair grow longer and healthy.
Your hair will still grow if you don't trim it, however the ends will split upwards, creating more and more damage, ultimately resulting in your hair being so damaged that you will have to cut off a big portion of it.
Therefore, remember to always trim your hair, and do it regularly so that it can continue to grow longer and longer while still being very healthy all the way down to the ends.
We recommend trimming your hair every 3-6. months, but it depends on your hair and while some even need to trim it every other month, some only need to trim it once a year or even once every other year. This is more common for people with super thick hair which is growing extremely fast.
